1. Controller and contact

2. Data we use and why
- Orders and delivery: name, billing and delivery details, email, phone number, ordered items, price, order status and necessary payment details. We use these to process your order and perform the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We process accounting and tax records to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Fields marked as required at checkout are needed to enter into or perform the contract; without them we may be unable to process the order.
- Questions and support: details you provide in a contact form, email or message are used to respond and handle your request. Depending on its nature, the basis is pre-contractual steps or contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in communicating with customers (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Site operation and security: technical data such as IP address, request time and error logs help us operate and protect the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
- Website measurement: we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, ecommerce events (such as product views, carts and orders) and successful contact-form submissions. Analytics cookies are stored only after consent (Article 6(1)(a)). The no-consent mode is described below.
We do not request a national identification number or date of birth for an ordinary purchase. A purchase does not require consent to analytics or marketing cookies. We do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Recipients and international transfers
Only as needed, data may be shared with providers of hosting and technical site administration, accounting, carriers and the payment service chosen at checkout. Google Ireland Limited receives analytics data. The site also loads Google Fonts; a font request may disclose technical connection data to Google. Google may process data outside the EEA under its applicable contractual and transfer terms. The carrier and payment method are shown during checkout.
4. Retention
We keep order data as needed to perform the contract, handle complaints and protect legal claims; accounting and tax records are kept for the period required by law. We keep correspondence as needed to resolve the request and protect possible claims. Technical logs are kept only as needed for security and diagnostics. We record cookie choices so they can be demonstrated. Individual cookie lifetimes are listed below.
5. Cookies and Consent Mode
Necessary cookies support the store, language choice and storage of your consent choice. Analytics cookies are optional. Marketing and preference categories exist in the settings but currently have no cookies assigned in the cookie list. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button on the site; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

The asterisk represents a group of WooCommerce cookie names with a variable suffix. Not all cookies are created on every visit; cart cookies are used as you interact with the store. If you reject analytics, Google Analytics will not set the analytics cookies listed above. We use advanced Google Consent Mode, however: tags may still send limited signals to Google without analytics cookie identifiers before consent. Such requests may include technical connection data. After consent, full GA4 measurement including cookies is enabled. Advertising tags are not currently active.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent.
